Our Leadership
Ramesh Ramani
CEO
Ramesh is a global business leader with over 30 years of experience in growing and managing multiple professional services’ businesses across operations, consulting, and technology. His deep knowledge of the IT and BPO industries, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach has been instrumental in helping clients successfully navigate business and technology shifts.
Until recently, Ramesh was a Senior Vice President and a member of Cognizant’s Executive Leadership Team. He led business expansion and growth, market and client strategies, industry solutions, and inorganic growth. He enabled the integrated sales and delivery of the full complement of Cognizant’s operations solutions, capabilities, and knowledge to the financial services market and other industries.
His prior experiences have been in the areas of corporate finance and emerging markets private equity. He has led business across core areas such as P&L management, business development, M&A, partnerships & alliances, organization design, and influencer relations. With a strong growth mindset coupled with excellent consultative and problem-solving skills, he has built and led global teams that are focused on a strong client-first transformation agenda.
Ramesh has an MBA from the University of Sydney and is currently based in New Jersey.
Shauna Coleman
Chief People Officer
Shauna Coleman serves as Chief People Officer (CPO) at RCG. In her role, Shauna is responsible for leading RCG’s global human resources (HR) strategy, operations, organizational design, and leadership development. Additional responsibilities include managing employee training, employee relations, as well as compensation and benefits. Shauna is a growth-minded and inclusive servant leader who values embracing the collective genius, through diversity of representation and inclusivity. As an executive, Shauna prioritizes enablement, empowerment, and development of colleagues to garner the best from herself, her staff, and the organization. Her expertise in global human capital management includes leading multinational teams and organizations across both information technology (services and SaaS) and government industries. With 20 years of experience, she specializes in creating and delivering people strategies in hyper growth environments, enabling business growth, and driving operational excellence. Shauna holds a Master of Science in HR Management with a focus in organizational effectiveness from New York University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in sociology.
Gerard Lynch
EVP & Chief Financial Officer
Gerard joined RCG in 1997 and is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s financial, and accounting functions. In addition, Gerard is responsible for several other corporate functions including the Company’s contracting/pricing function, legal/compliance function, and risk management function. Gerard also oversees the Implementation Quality Assurance group, which provides review and oversight of client proposals and client project delivery, and ensures adherence to the Company’s SDLC. Early in his career, Gerard held several management and leadership positions at Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. and Ernst & Young. Gerard received his MBA in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin Graduate School of Business, holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College, and is a licensed CPA.
Girish Pai
Chief Operations Officer
Girish Pai is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at RCG, where he plays a pivotal role in steering the global delivery efforts across various industry domains and offerings. With an impressive 25-year track record, Girish is a results-oriented leader, bringing extensive cross-functional expertise in management, transformation, and business leadership to RCG. In his capacity as an executive, Girish actively shapes and orchestrates the strategic vision of the company, partnering to drive substantial revenue and growth across industry domains and service offerings. He excels in architecting, developing, and leading digital strategies, seamlessly integrating business outcomes & technology to craft innovative, next-generation solutions tailored to specific industry domains. Girish has a proven track record of success in collaborating with C-suite executives, managing top-tier global sales, consulting, and delivery organizations, & partner ecosystems to successfully launch market-informed solutions. Girish holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Manipal Institute of Technology.
David Weinberg
Chief Sales Officer
David Weinberg brings extensive experience and a proven track record in sales leadership to his role as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at RCG. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, David is spearheading the realignment of RCG's new accounts sales, marketing, and sales operations to drive growth aligned with RCG’s business objectives.
With a career spanning diverse industries and leading companies, David has established himself as a visionary leader adept at driving exponential growth by fostering meaningful client relationships through a relentless focus on the customer and their business outcomes. Prior to joining RCG, David held pivotal roles at renowned organizations such as Siebel Systems, Cognizant, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Capgemini, and Brillio.
At RCG, David partners with vertical and service line leaders to craft a compelling vision aimed at capturing greater market share. His strategic acumen and hands-on leadership style help drive the execution of our vision. In addition to leading the sales organization, David is responsible for Sales Operations and Marketing, further underscoring his multifaceted expertise and commitment to driving holistic business growth.
Based in the Boston area, David brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for driving results. With David’s guidance, RCG is well positioned for sustained success in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
Mark Allnock
SVP – Consumer, Travel & Hospitality
Mark Allnock has built a remarkable career at RCG over two decades, establishing himself as a visionary leader who has consistently propelled the company forward. Currently, as the Senior Vice President of Travel & Hospitality and Consumer, Mark plays a key role in shaping these dynamic sectors. Since joining RCG in 1998, Mark has shown exceptional leadership and innovation, driving growth and enhancing customer experiences. His leadership has not only helped the division thrive but also set new standards in operational excellence and client satisfaction. Before RCG, Mark honed his skills in the Point of Sale (POS) industry, gaining over 13 years of experience at IBM and NCR in retail. This background gave him a deep understanding of technology solutions and consumer behavior, crucial for his role. His leadership philosophy focuses on innovation, teamwork, and service excellence. Mark's strategic vision has spurred growth at RCG, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Mike Fischer
SVP – Insurance
Mike Fischer is a SVP & Managing Partner and leads the Insurance vertical for RCG Global Services. He is responsible for Business Development and Strategic Delivery for all of RCG’s Insurance clients globally and has nearly 30 years of consulting industry experience.
Mike is a trusted advisor to clients across the Property & Casualty, Life and Annuities, and Group Benefits domains. He focuses on business impact & value through Digital Transformation, Data, AI, and Advanced Analytics, Applications and Support initiatives. He holds a B.S. in Physics from Bethany College and a M.S. in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the University of CT.
Harish Mundakode
SVP - Banking + Financial Services
Harish Mundakode leads our Banking and Financial Services (BFS) division at RCG, guiding its strategic direction, market growth, and operational efficiency on a global scale.
Joining our team in April 2024, Harish brings over 23 years of experience working with organizations like Cognizant and Deutsche Bank in orchestrating and executing intricate business initiatives within the financial sector.
Harish has a wealth of expertise partnering with prominent financial institutions like investment banks, asset and wealth managers, private equity firms, and stock exchanges, to implementing transformative solutions across diverse domains such as business development, service delivery, consulting, and operational improvement.
Harish is firmly dedicated to enhancing our clients' experiences, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence among our teams, and propelling them toward surpassing client expectations and achieving ambitious goals.
Satish Rajarathnam
Head of People & Culture, IT & Administration
With over 26 years of experience, Satish Rajarathnam leads People & Culture, IT, and Administration at RCG Global Services. He is responsible for global talent management, IT infrastructure, and HR operations across the APAC region, prioritizing strategic HR initiatives to drive talent acquisition, cultural transformation, and business growth. Known for his consultative approach, Satish combines change management, leadership development, and data-driven insights to shape a future-ready workforce. Recognized as a Forbes Top 30 Talent Leader and one of Asia’s 100 HR Power Leaders, he has held executive roles at Mphasis, Cognizant, HCL Technologies, and Siemens.
An advocate for innovation, Satish integrates HR technology with advanced employee experience strategies, working closely with executive teams to foster agility, digital capability, and organizational effectiveness. His academic credentials include a research fellowship from the Swiss School of Management, a postgraduate degree in General Management from ISB and NUS, and certifications in SHRM, Agile Leadership, and Six Sigma. A TEDx speaker, author, and patent holder, he supports social initiatives and serves on Corporate Advisory Boards.

Aziz Virani
Chairman
Aziz Virani serves as Chairman of RCG Global Services. He also serves as a board member at Excellarate. Aziz has 30+ years of experience growing technology and consulting services companies. He is the former CEO of CLEAResult, a private equity backed, leading provider of energy efficiency programs and services in North America. Aziz previously served as President of North America for Avanade, a global professional services company providing IT consulting services for the Microsoft platform. Prior to that, he was a senior partner at Accenture where he held several senior management positions globally and provided strategy, consulting, digital transformation and operations services to Fortune 500 company clients. Since 2019 Aziz has been working with private equity companies The Frontenac Company and The Halifax Group as an executive advisor. In this role Aziz is an advisor to these private equity firms as they evaluate and invest in IT services businesses. Upon doing such leveraged buyouts, Aziz personally invests and serves on the Board of Directors of those companies.

Markie Masri
Vice President, Frontenac
Markie is a Vice President and focuses on investments in the business services sector. Markie is a director of Motion Solutions, Newterra, RCG Global Services and XanEdu. Markie’s prior investments and directorships include TPC. Prior to Frontenac, she was an investment banking analyst at Robert W. Baird where she focused on the business services segment. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Markie graduated with general honors from the University of Chicago.
Rob Simplot
Board Member & Former CEO
Rob Simplot joined RCG as CEO in 1999. Under his leadership, the company advanced its Data & Analytics business consulting capability dramatically while also driving revenue growth in the outsourcing of Product Engineering development and support, utilizing the company’s subsidiaries in the Philippines and India. Rob led the management buy-out of RCG in 2013 in partnership with Eos Partners, a private equity firm in New York City. Subsequently, he led a company recapitalization in 2021 with Frontenac, a leading private equity firm in Chicago. In 2023, Rob stepped down as CEO and remains on the board of directors.
Rob has spent 44 years in the technology industry, helping large complex organizations solve critical business problems. Prior to joining RCG, Rob enjoyed a 21-year career at Unisys Corp. His last position there was Vice President & General Manager for North America – leading the technology professional services division.
Rob completed the executive development program at the Wharton Business School and received both his MBA and BBA degrees in Finance from the University of Iowa.
Patti Griffin
Board Member
Patti has spent more than 20 years leading and advising companies, largely within the insurance vertical. She most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of core system solutions to the P&C and general insurance industry. Patti played a significant role in Duck Creek’s carveout from Accenture and its acquisition by Apax Partners in 2016. Prior to Duck Creek, Patti served as Managing Director at Accenture, advising P&C insurers globally on technology and business transformation, focusing on operational efficiencies and customer service. Prior to joining Accenture, Patti spent the early days of her career working for insurance companies in both personal and commercial business across underwriting and claims.
Michael Langdon
Managing Director, Frontenac
Mike is a Managing Director and focuses on investments in the business services sector. He is a director of Integris, Motion Solutions, RCG Global Services and XanEdu. Mike’s prior investments and directorships include A.H. Harris, Behavioral Health Group, Crescent Healthcare, e+ CancerCare, H-E Parts, Salient CRGT and TPC . Mike first joined Frontenac as an Associate in 2001. Mike rejoined the firm in 2009 after serving as a Senior Associate at Genstar Capital. Mike began his career as an analyst at DLJ Merchant Banking. A Michigan native, Mike graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Joseph Rondinelli
Principal, Frontenac
Joe is a Principal and focuses on investments in the business services sector. Joe is a director of CoCreativ, Excellarate, Integris and RCG Global Services. Joe’s prior investments and directorships include GNAP LLC, La Tavola and Whitebridge Pet Brands. Prior to Frontenac, he was an investment banking analyst at Citigroup Global Markets. A Chicago native, Joe graduated from Northwestern University and received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Ruth Siporin
Director, Frontenac
Ruth is a 25 year finance professional with extensive experience. After more than 10 years at PwC in the Audit practice working with private equity backed companies, she shifted her focus to advisory services. Ruth has worked with a wide range of companies across a variety of industries leading finance transformations, acquisitions, process improvement initiatives. Ruth also partners with Frontenac Company with a focus on portfolio company onboarding, implementation of financial best practices and other financial and value enhancing initiatives. Most recently Ruth served as Chief Financial Officer of Excellarate.
Additionally, Ruth holds a directorship at EFC International.
