Our Leadership

Ramesh Ramani
CEO
Ramesh is a global business leader with over 30 years of experience in growing and managing multiple professional services’ businesses across operations, consulting, and technology. His deep knowledge of the IT and BPO industries, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach has been instrumental in helping clients successfully navigate business and technology shifts.
Until recently, Ramesh was a Senior Vice President and a member of Cognizant’s Executive Leadership Team. He led business expansion and growth, market and client strategies, industry solutions, and inorganic growth. He enabled the integrated sales and delivery of the full complement of Cognizant’s operations solutions, capabilities, and knowledge to the financial services market and other industries.
His prior experiences have been in the areas of corporate finance and emerging markets private equity. He has led business across core areas such as P&L management, business development, M&A, partnerships & alliances, organization design, and influencer relations. With a strong growth mindset coupled with excellent consultative and problem-solving skills, he has built and led global teams that are focused on a strong client-first transformation agenda.
Ramesh has an MBA from the University of Sydney and is currently based in New Jersey.

Gerard Lynch
EVP & Chief Financial Officer
Gerard joined RCG in 1997 and is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s financial, and accounting functions. In addition, Gerard is responsible for several other corporate functions including the Company’s contracting/pricing function, legal/compliance function, and risk management function. Gerard also oversees the Implementation Quality Assurance group, which provides review and oversight of client proposals and client project delivery, and ensures adherence to the Company’s SDLC. Early in his career, Gerard held several management and leadership positions at Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. and Ernst & Young. Gerard received his MBA in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin Graduate School of Business, holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College, and is a licensed CPA.

Rachelle McLure
SVP & Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO, Rachelle has worked with a diverse team across the company to evolve the RCG brand and market messaging to reflect the client impacts we focus on – realizing digital ambitions related to Customer Engagement; Workforce Enablement; and Operations Optimization. She represents more than 25 years of technical and management leadership experience. She has led multinational teams in a wide spectrum of application areas. Since joining RCG in 2000, Rachelle has overseen both onshore and offshore solution implementations in a variety of industries. She also previously managed the strategic development of the e-Business strategy for Halliburton and was responsible for the company’s Internet and Intranet design, implementation, and operation. Rachelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.

Shauna Coleman
Chief People Officer
Shauna Coleman serves as Chief People Officer (CPO) at RCG. In her role, Shauna is responsible for leading RCG’s global human resources (HR) strategy, operations, organizational design, and leadership development. Additional responsibilities include managing employee training, employee relations, as well as compensation and benefits. Shauna is a growth-minded and inclusive servant leader who values embracing the collective genius, through diversity of representation and inclusivity. As an executive, Shauna prioritizes enablement, empowerment, and development of colleagues to garner the best from herself, her staff, and the organization. Her expertise in global human capital management includes leading multinational teams and organizations across both information technology (services and SaaS) and government industries. With 20 years of experience, she specializes in creating and delivering people strategies in hyper growth environments, enabling business growth, and driving operational excellence. Shauna holds a Master of Science in HR Management with a focus in organizational effectiveness from New York University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in sociology.

Mark Allnock
SVP – Southeast Region
Mark joined RCG in 1998 and owns complete operational responsibilities for the Southeast region. As a senior executive at RCG, Mark has made significant contributions toward the growth and expansion of the Company in the area. After he assumed leadership of the Southeast region in 2006, he has doubled the size of region revenue. Before joining RCG, Mark worked in the POS industry for more than 13 years selling IBM and NCR to the retail industry.

John Bender
SVP – Central Region
John joined RCG in 2006 and manages all operations for the Central region including sales and delivery. Prior to joining RCG, John served as VP for Adea Solutions and successfully started several new practices and built their Dallas business unit into their largest region over a five-year period. Previously he worked at marchFIRST, a $1.2 billion e-Business consulting and systems integration company as the Director of Business Development for their Dallas office. John also worked at Oracle Corporation, where he served in senior sales and account management roles in the CPG and retail and hi-tech manufacturing verticals. John started his career with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Plano, Texas as a Financial Analyst. At EDS, he held various roles in finance, project management and sales for six years. John is a member of several professional associations including the Society for Information Management, and he serves on the SMU Cox School of Business Associate Board. John received both his MBA and BBA degrees from Southern Methodist University.

Mike Fischer
SVP – Northeast Region
Mike joined RCG in 2002 and is responsible for sales, delivery and operations for the Northeast Region. He has a strong background and advanced degrees in technology, and works closely with clients as a trusted advisor to analyze, plan, integrate, and implement turnkey solutions. With 25 years of experience in business and technology consulting, Mike harnesses RCG’s digital transformation, advanced analytics, strategic data and information management, business applications, and technology enablement and sustainment solutions that deliver measurable business impact, value, and results. Prior to joining RCG, Mike served as VP and Managing Director at Hallmark Information Technology. Mike received his BS, in Physics and Mathematics from Bethany College and MS, in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Kaj Gronholm
SVP - Financial Services
Kaj leads RCG’s Financial Services vertical. Previously, Kaj was CEO of Woodridge Software which was acquired by RCG in 2023. Kaj is a 25-year veteran of the software industry. He has built and led 3 companies, helping them grow from original idea to successful exit and ongoing operations. He founded and sold a leading Network Access Control company, Roving Planet, to HP.
Kaj understands what it takes to build a company and develop new products. He is skilled in leading teams of people, honing strategy, and managing focused execution. He is also an expert in cyber security and enterprise data. Kaj has an ability to understand customers’ points of view, goals and needs and helps guide projects to exceed expectations.
Kaj has a degree in Physics/Math from University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.

Vinny Raineri
SVP
Vinny joined RCG in 1998 and is a proven business and technology leader with an outstanding ability to deliver high-value solutions that provide competitive advantage. He is a trusted advisor to scores of clients in the areas of business strategy and technology enablement. Prior to joining RCG, Vinny was Director of Strategy with AT&T. During his 18 years with AT&T, he held various leadership positions in operations, marketing, and sales. Vinny is a graduate of the City College of New York and has attended executive leadership programs at Boston University and The Tuck School of Business.

Thomas Clarke
SVP – Global Practices
Thomas leads RCG’s Global Industry and Services Practices as well as the Digital Strategy Practice where he focuses on aligning business strategy with information technology and other enabling capabilities. Thomas has designed and delivered strategies and roadmaps across multiple industries including healthcare, insurance, financial, consumer, and manufacturing. He is passionate about strategic analysis and uncovering underutilized business enabling capabilities. Prior to RCG, Thomas was a Senior Manager at Accenture. He holds a Masters of Management at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from DePaul University.

Matt Wright
President – Philippine Operations
Matt joined RCG in 2014. He has a career spanning over 25 years of experience in IT and management consulting, large-scale application development and implementation, finance, and project management. As the chief executive in Manila, Matt is responsible for RCG’s Manila Offshore Delivery Center and Southeast Asia sales. Matt’s team includes world-class architects, designers, software and quality engineers who provide development and sustainment services to both the US market as a shared services center and to the Southeast Asian market as a professional services provider. Prior to joining RCG, Matt worked as a management and IT consultant providing strategic and innovative solutions for clients of The North Highland Company and Deloitte Consulting. Matt is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and creating melodious experiences. He received his Master’s in Organizational Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Marketing from the University of Florida.

Deepu Zacharia
President – India Operations
Deepu brings over 17 years of experience in helping brands and businesses solve problems. As chief executive at RCG – India, Deepu is responsible for delivering measurable business outcomes for RCG’s US clients. He and his team provide full-stack services that complete the systems’ journey from conceptualizing to designing and executing projects and through the ongoing sustainment of solutions to support the complete lifecycle of our clients’ operations. Deepu and his team focus on delivering global IT solutions for various businesses including B2B and B2C software development services, engineering services, consulting services, and web / mobile development services. Deepu has a Bachelor of Engineering Technology focused in Computer Science Engineering from CSI College of Engineering.

Niko Mangahas
Quality Engineering Practice Lead
Niko has over 15 years of Quality and Process Strategy Consulting for Information Systems across virtually every industry. After starting as a developer, he found his true passion in taking on testing management, project management and process appraisal roles. Niko started and led Hewlett-Packard Asia-Pacific’s QA solution architecture team, growing the team, revenue, and client accounts more than tenfold through expanded pursuit efforts, impactful capabilities and exciting innovations – touching all aspects of software testing and developing global Software-as-a-Service delivery models. He also started and previously led the quality program for CareerBuilder as Enterprise Quality Director. Niko now leads the Quality Engineering Consulting Practice for RCG Global Services, where he drives best practices, standards, innovation, and capability building internally and through technology partners. Before that he was Director of QA, building and running TCOEs, roadmaps, architecture and automation programs for enterprise clients. He is passionate about leveraging AI and RPA technologies in Quality Engineering.

Rob Nelson
Healthcare Practice Lead
Dr. Rob Nelson’s industry experience includes healthcare, high-tech, not-for-profit, manufacturing, some financial and Insurance services, and a variety of others. Rob has a proven record of establishing and implementing a full-spectrum of initiatives that help organizations achieve performance transformation and deliver strategic, operational, and financial results that ensure market leadership. Dr. Nelson is also faculty at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the Jack Welch Management Institute, where he focuses on marketing, strategy, innovation, technology, and the new economy. Rob holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategic Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management with expertise in the transformation of organizations to deliver higher performance. His MBA in Strategic Marketing is from the Kellogg School of Management, and his BA in Political Science is from the University of Oklahoma. He holds certificates in Global Leadership and Strategy from the Thunderbird School of Global Management; and in Innovation, AI, Digital Marketing from Dartmouth and Kellogg. He is a former Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Pragmatic Marketing Certified.

Debashis Rana
Data & AI Practice Lead
Debashis Rana joined RCG as Director for Business Intelligence & Data Delivery in 2004. Under his leadership, RCG has delivered dozens of data and analytics solutions to our clients. Adept at the entire concept-design-execution lifecycle, he has led successful client engagements in numerous industry verticals as part of broader digital transformation efforts. Debashis has been a key contributor in maturing practice methodologies, processes and templates, and has spearheaded development of reusable frameworks and accelerators that our teams use across the company. He has spent 35 years in the technology industry, helping enterprises of all sizes derive value out of their data to drive positive business outcomes. Prior to joining RCG, Debashis was a Managing Consultant at EDS’s Global Business Intelligence Practice. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, and a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Georgia.

Charles Sybert
Insurance Practice Lead
Charles has a noteworthy history of partnering with clients to deliver strategic, focused, and innovative solutions for the insurance industry. He provides thought leadership and measurable business outcomes affecting meaningful change to the Insurance and InsureTech organizations through process and technology enablement. Prior to RCG, he served as a Managing Consultant for Majesco where he built a reputation as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, helping develop best practices for delivery, solution designs for business challenges, and partnered with clients to implement business/technology decisions. Charles brings over two decades of experience in insurance technology, operations and management consulting. He is recognized as an invested and engaged leader capable of providing exceptional value, leading cross-functional teams in multi-vendor environments delivering on business outcomes. He not only brings a focus of efficiently and quality to delivery but also a focus on mentorship of junior resources in their career development. Charles holds a BS in Finance with honors from DePaul University in Chicago.

Kurt Wysock
Cloud Engineering Practice Lead
Kurt Wysock joined RCG as a Principal in 2021 establishing RCG as a leader in cloud engineering services with a focus on application modernization in the cloud. Under his leadership, RCG has delivered dozens of successful cloud migrations and data & analytics platforms across 3 cloud service providers. Adept at the entire concept-design-execution lifecycle, Kurt leads RCG’s Cloud Engineering Practice providing thought leadership and measurable business outcomes for RCG clients as they continue their digital transformation journeys and embrace modern cloud enterprise architectures. Kurt is an accomplished enterprise architect with over 35 years of experience delivering solutions in a broad range of industry verticals including retail, marketing, manufacturing, HSSE, logistics, and finance. Kurt has led enterprise-wide, multi-year application rationalization and modernization programs that have delivered on both business and IT strategy and goals. As part of the global cloud practice, Kurt evaluates technologies, vendors, and market trends and works with RCG customers to help deliver application modernization and cloud migration strategies and initiatives.

Aziz Virani
Chairman
Aziz Virani serves as Chairman of RCG Global Services. He also serves as a board member at Excellarate. Aziz has 30+ years of experience growing technology and consulting services companies. He is the former CEO of CLEAResult, a private equity backed, leading provider of energy efficiency programs and services in North America. Aziz previously served as President of North America for Avanade, a global professional services company providing IT consulting services for the Microsoft platform. Prior to that, he was a senior partner at Accenture where he held several senior management positions globally and provided strategy, consulting, digital transformation and operations services to Fortune 500 company clients. Since 2019 Aziz has been working with private equity companies The Frontenac Company and The Halifax Group as an executive advisor. In this role Aziz is an advisor to these private equity firms as they evaluate and invest in IT services businesses. Upon doing such leveraged buyouts, Aziz personally invests and serves on the Board of Directors of those companies.

Rob Simplot
Board Member & Former CEO
Rob Simplot joined RCG as CEO in 1999. Under his leadership, the company advanced its Data & Analytics business consulting capability dramatically while also driving revenue growth in the outsourcing of Product Engineering development and support, utilizing the company’s subsidiaries in the Philippines and India. Rob led the management buy-out of RCG in 2013 in partnership with Eos Partners, a private equity firm in New York City. Subsequently, he led a company recapitalization in 2021 with Frontenac, a leading private equity firm in Chicago. In 2023, Rob stepped down as CEO and remains on the board of directors.
Rob has spent 44 years in the technology industry, helping large complex organizations solve critical business problems. Prior to joining RCG, Rob enjoyed a 21-year career at Unisys Corp. His last position there was Vice President & General Manager for North America – leading the technology professional services division.
Rob completed the executive development program at the Wharton Business School and received both his MBA and BBA degrees in Finance from the University of Iowa.

Michael Langdon
Managing Director, Frontenac
Mike is a Managing Director and focuses on investments in the business services sector. He is a director of Integris, Motion Solutions, RCG Global Services and XanEdu. Mike’s prior investments and directorships include A.H. Harris, Behavioral Health Group, Crescent Healthcare, e+ CancerCare, H-E Parts, Salient CRGT and TPC . Mike first joined Frontenac as an Associate in 2001. Mike rejoined the firm in 2009 after serving as a Senior Associate at Genstar Capital. Mike began his career as an analyst at DLJ Merchant Banking. A Michigan native, Mike graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Joseph Rondinelli
Principal, Frontenac
Joe is a Principal and focuses on investments in the business services sector. Joe is a director of CoCreativ, Excellarate, Integris and RCG Global Services. Joe’s prior investments and directorships include GNAP LLC, La Tavola and Whitebridge Pet Brands. Prior to Frontenac, he was an investment banking analyst at Citigroup Global Markets. A Chicago native, Joe graduated from Northwestern University and received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Markie Masri
Vice President, Frontenac
Markie is a Vice President and focuses on investments in the business services sector. Markie is a director of Motion Solutions, Newterra, RCG Global Services and XanEdu. Markie’s prior investments and directorships include TPC. Prior to Frontenac, she was an investment banking analyst at Robert W. Baird where she focused on the business services segment. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Markie graduated with general honors from the University of Chicago.

Patti Griffin
Board Member
Patti has spent more than 20 years leading and advising companies, largely within the insurance vertical. She most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of core system solutions to the P&C and general insurance industry. Patti played a significant role in Duck Creek’s carveout from Accenture and its acquisition by Apax Partners in 2016. Prior to Duck Creek, Patti served as Managing Director at Accenture, advising P&C insurers globally on technology and business transformation, focusing on operational efficiencies and customer service. Prior to joining Accenture, Patti spent the early days of her career working for insurance companies in both personal and commercial business across underwriting and claims.
