RCG Global Services Quality and Outsourcing Leadership Recognized by International ICT Awards 2012

Edison, NJ – April 9, 2012 – RCG Global Services’ leadership in both quality and outsourcing excellence was recognized this March by the prestigious International ICT Awards where RCG was a finalist in two categories, Quality Program of the Year and Outsourcing Excellence of the Year.

“The basis for our award in the Quality category was the achievements of our team in the areas of defect detection and containment,” said Wendy Castro, Quality Director of RCG Global Services. “There are very few companies who can walk the talk of defect containment excellence, and our achievements in this area of delivering defect-free software stuck a chord with the awards committee.”

In order to qualify for these awards, RCG had to show widespread deployment of a structured quality assurance program focused on managing process level issues as well as proven competencies in each line of business as manifested by performance metrics, client satisfaction surveys and client feedback.

“We are extremely pleased to continue our status as a finalist in multiple categories for the fifth year in a row. Out of the several hundred competitors in each category this year, placing in the top five allows us to measure ourselves against the best, as well as set goals for the upcoming year,” said Dr. McGonegal, Managing Director, RCG Information Technology Philippines.
