This post-acute healthcare provider needed to optimize operations within the finance organization to streamline and reduce cost of financial reporting and payroll processing for over 30,000 associates. Due to rapid growth, the firm had outgrown existing manual systems which were challenging the finance team in producing accurate and timely payroll. In addition, this growth has put a strain on the ability to produce the monthly and quarterly financial reporting in a timely manner. The decision to move to ADP and Oracle Financials was designed to alleviate these strains, but there was high risk in moving data from the existing general ledger system to the new platforms. They needed 100% data integrity when both new systems went live.

RCG Global Services was bought in to design an overall test plan, establish a test matrix to map requirements to test cases and to execute the QA Tests. RCG created dashboards used to measure progress and completeness of test coverage. Also required was preparing the client for subsequent audits, in particular identifying and gaps or unmitigated risks in the testing process.
